Welcome to Saije Social. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately. These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and users of our services.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Saije Social provides marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, email marketing, content creation, and strategy development. Specific details of the services we provide will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals as applicable.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver our services effectively.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content they provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or violate any laws.

Clients must adhere to agreed-upon timelines and promptly provide feedback or approvals as needed.
PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) (as applicable). The prices indicated on the Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. If you’ve purchased one of our Saije Social Services, it will be charged at the price in force at the time a customer’s order is validated.

Payment for services will be outlined in your agreement or invoice.

Payments are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in the agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any materials, content, or deliverables created by Saije Social remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Saije Social retains the right to use non-confidential deliverables for portfolio or marketing purposes.
CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the project private and secure.

Confidential information will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Saije Social will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the services provided will be limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
TERMINATION
We may terminate the applicable Saije Social Service with immediate effect, by giving You written notice if:

You do not pay the Saije Social Service fees within 14 days of the due date;

You fail to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or otherwise breach any undertaking, warranty or obligation under these Terms;

You engage in conduct injurious or potentially harmful to our reputation;

You disclose confidential information without consent.

You fail to conform or abide by our applicable rules, policies or procedures;

Your actions are contrary to our interests; or
-
We consider that mutual trust and/or confidence no longer exists.
If we terminate your Saije Social Service, we may, but are not obliged to refund any prorated balance of the applicable Saije SocialService fee already paid by you.
NO GUARANTEES
Our role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, we cannot guarantee that participating in any of the Saije Social Services will ensure success. Any success you gain, will be dependent on your own efforts, commitment, motivation and intent to follow through. Under no circumstances, can we guarantee a particular result, whether financial or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that results may differ from person to person. Each person’s individual success is completely dependent on their background, dedication, drive and motivation to succeed as well as many other additional factors. You acknowledge and agree that when you purchase any of the Saije Social Services or participate in any Saije Social Services, that results may vary as there are too many variables to guarantee success. Any client reviews, statements or examples advertised or available on our website or via any content we communicate with you (including any newsletter, social media or other advertising), are merely examples of what can be possible.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. In relation to any dispute, we ask that you contact us in the first instance so that both parties can, acting in good faith, resolve the dispute to our mutual satisfaction as quickly, cost effectively and efficiently as possible. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Saije Social reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
